Description
Stainless steel 16g 3/16" Hoodoo exterior with a piece of rebar wire through the core to keep the shape, it is just under 4" diameter (10cm in the real system).
The bending parts are 14g 1/4" BA and slightly smaller EPDM in HP3n1.
"Holes" are the 3/8" flat wire stainless rings from TRL (because I have extra), and are suspended in place with nylon cord. I also considered using leather cord instead of the nylon but couldn't find any thin enough to go through the rings. I realize that one of the three sections has denser stringing than the others, but I realized that after I had tightened all the lacing, knotted it, and melted the knots. oops.
I wanted to use steel instead of aluminum for the HP rings, but didn't have any around. Would've made it Steel, Rubber, and Rope, maybe I'll have to make another one.
